Stopped by the lot tonight – looks like they’ve finally done all they need to do on the paperwork side of things and we’ll have a hole in the ground pretty soon!

Went to the model to check out the size / spacing on the fireplace.

It took nearly a month, but the sign officially says SOLD!

Started the interior selection process. Brick… not nearly as easy as it sounds.

Went to Hawthorne to look at a model and started looking at carpet samples in Home Depot.

We signed our paperwork tonight. It’s a special day for us as its Gramps’ birthday too. No going back.  These shots are of the model.
