Subflooring In, Shingles On
So I think it’s safe to say the house is officially “under roof”. Â Stopped by and met some of the neigbors – going to have a SLEW of kids running around the culdesac which will be nice.
Windows Are In
The windows are in, and as of yesterday, our current home is under contract! Things are getting CRAZY.
Under Roof, 2nd Floor Done, Door Flipped
Came back today and the roof is on! The 2nd floor is in, stairs are there and the sun room door / window situation has been fixed.
We’ve Got A House! Framing Started!
Went by on Saturday and the wood had been delivered but nothing was started. Today (Tuesday) they’re under way. Â Talk about PROGRESS! Â Door in the sun room is on the wrong wall so that will have to be dealt with.
